Sourcing Candidates

There are three ways to get candidates into a job's pipeline:

Apollo search

Use the Apollo search panel (from a job's search page) to find people matching your target profile and import them directly as candidates. See Apollo.io for how the connection is configured.

Bulk import (HubSpot / Notion)

If your team already tracks applicants or leads in HubSpot or Notion, import them in bulk instead of re-entering data by hand. See HubSpot and Notion.

Manual CV upload

For a single candidate, say a referral or someone who emailed you directly, upload their CV from the Candidates page or from within a job. HireFlow parses the resume into a candidate record you can then edit and move through the pipeline like any other.
