Common questions about using HireFlow
I can't see a page or button other teammates have
This is almost always a role restriction, not a bug. Check Roles & Organizations: admin/owner-only areas (like Admin settings, or reverting a pipeline template) are hidden for other roles.
My Slack automation didn't fire
Check the automation's run history on the Automations page for errors. The most common cause is a stale or revoked Slack webhook URL. Re-create the webhook in Slack and update the automation with the new URL. See Slack.
An integration I need isn't listed as connected
Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, LinkedIn, GitHub, and HeyReach are set up once per organization by a HireFlow admin. Ask your admin or HireFlow support to connect it. See Integrations Overview.
"Continue with Google" doesn't work
This is a configuration issue on your organization's side, not something you can fix as an end user. Contact your HireFlow admin or support.
A feature looks locked with an "Upgrade" message
That feature isn't included in your organization's current plan. See Plans & Billing for what's included at each tier, or contact your account contact to upgrade.
