HireFlow Docs

Introduction

What HireFlow is and who it's for

HireFlow is an AI-assisted applicant tracking system (ATS) built for teams that hire on behalf of multiple companies: recruiting agencies, staffing teams, and in-house talent teams juggling several open roles at once.

It brings together:

  • Sourcing: pull candidate profiles in from Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, or manual CV uploads.
  • Pipelines: move candidates through a configurable, drag-and-drop stage board per job.
  • Collaboration: comments, shortlists, and activity history your whole team can see.
  • Labels & AI scoring: human and AI-assisted tags to score and compare candidates fast.
  • Automations: trigger Slack notifications, emails, or other actions when a candidate changes stage.
  • Multi-tenancy: every organization's data is isolated. Within an org you can still manage multiple client companies and their jobs separately.

Who this documentation is for

This site is for HireFlow users: recruiters, hiring managers, and org admins using the product day to day. Looking for architecture, API, or self-hosting documentation instead? That lives in the main repository.
