Pulling form submissions and tickets in as candidates
The HubSpot integration pulls form submissions or tickets into HireFlow automatically as new candidates, and can also be used as an automation action.
Setup: admin-connected (a HubSpot private-app token, form ID, and the pipeline stage new candidates should land in are all configured by your HireFlow admin). Once connected, your admin can show you the generated webhook URL the integration exposes if you need to wire up a form on HubSpot's side.
Using it: once connected, matching HubSpot form submissions appear automatically as candidates in the configured stage, with no action needed from you day to day. You can also use HubSpot as an automation action (see Automations).
