Resend
The email provider that delivers HireFlow's candidate emails
Resend is the email provider HireFlow uses to deliver candidate-facing email — screening invites, interview details, offers, rejections. Each organization connects its own Resend account, so mail is sent from your domain with your sending reputation.
Setup: admin-connected. An admin or owner adds a Resend Full access API key, verifies a sending domain, picks the address candidates will see, and registers the delivery-events webhook. On a HireFlow hosted by NeuronHire the key and domain come from the platform, and the connection is read-only.
The connection does double duty:
- It delivers the templates you write inside HireFlow.
- It exposes templates and automations you authored inside Resend, so a pipeline stage can trigger those instead.

Resend's Sending access keys cannot list your domains, which HireFlow needs in order to show you which verified domain to send from. A sending-only key connects and then appears misconfigured. See Setting up Resend.
