Analytics Dashboard
Your organization's hiring metrics at a glance
The dashboard is what you land on after signing in. It shows:
- KPI cards: total candidates, active jobs, candidates currently in pipeline, percent labeled, and standout ("super pick") candidates.
- Candidate intake trend: how many candidates are coming in over time.
- Weekly velocity: how fast candidates are moving through your pipelines.
- Pipeline funnel: candidate counts by stage, across jobs or filtered to one.
- Source breakdown: where your candidates are coming from (Apollo, HubSpot, manual, etc).
- Top jobs by pipeline volume.
Use the filter bar to narrow any of this down by job, date range, or source before sharing a screenshot with a client or stakeholder.
