How HireFlow separates your team's workspace from your clients' data
HireFlow has two layers of grouping above a job:
- Organization: your team's workspace. All users, billing, and settings live here, and data is fully isolated between organizations.
- Company: a client or business unit you hire for, inside your organization. Jobs always belong to exactly one company.
This split matters most for agencies and staffing teams: one organization (your team) can run hiring for many companies (your clients) without their jobs, candidates, or pipelines mixing together. In-house teams typically just use a single company.
