Tagging and scoring candidates and jobs
Labels are tags you attach to candidates or jobs to score, filter, and compare them. Think "Strong communicator," "Under-qualified," or "Culture add." Labels are grouped into categories so related tags stay organized.
Labels can be applied two ways:
- By a person: a recruiter or hiring manager tags a candidate manually.
- By AI: HireFlow can auto-tag candidates against a job's configured label set based on their resume and the job description.
Step labels are a special case: a job's pipeline stage can require a specific label before a candidate is allowed to advance into it, forcing a moment of evaluation before progress (you can't move someone into "Interview," for example, until they're tagged "Screening passed").
