The candidate record and how your team collaborates on it
A candidate record holds a person's profile (resume/CV, contact info, source), their position in one or more job pipelines, comments from your team, and any labels applied to them.
Candidates can enter HireFlow through:
- Manual CV upload
- Apollo search/import
- HubSpot or Notion bulk import
Your team collaborates on a candidate through comments, shortlisting, and bulk actions (e.g. bulk-label or bulk-move a set of candidates at once). See Managing Candidates for the full walkthrough.
