First-Time Onboarding
Setting up your organization and inviting your team
The first time you sign in without an existing organization, HireFlow walks you through a short setup flow:
- Create your organization: give it a name. This becomes the top-level workspace all your jobs, candidates, and settings live in.
- Invite your team: add teammates by email right away, or skip this and invite people later from Settings → Team.
If your organization already exists and you were told to join it, you'll instead see an option to claim or join the existing organization rather than create a new one. Use this if a teammate already set HireFlow up and you just need access.
Once onboarding finishes, you land on the Analytics dashboard, your organization's home screen.
Setting up your first job
After org onboarding, HireFlow will nudge you to create your first job if you haven't yet. See Creating a Job for the full walkthrough.
